Shipping Policy
Every order is packed and shipped from the very place where we design it. Here is exactly what to expect, from start to finish.
Processing time
Orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or busy periods such as the holidays.
Shipping costs
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received this link within 72 hours of placing your order, contact us at Contact@Offseal.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is significantly delayed, contact us at Contact@Offseal.com and we will help you locate it.
