Processing time
Orders are shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order. If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
Exchanges

Non-returnable items
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. Everything else can be returned under the conditions above.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@Offseal.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
